In order to manage the heavy load of data for the Company, it would be appropriate if some of the load can be outsourced to other companies. This would actually be cheaper for the XYZ Company because most of the time, outsourcing is less expensive, comparing to handling the whole load of work. Also, outsourcing to developing countries is less expensive due to the availability of human resources. It would also be wise if the company increase the number of staff members in the company. This is due to the increased load of work that will come along with increased terabytes in the warehouse.

Conclusion

In order to guarantee optimal performance from the warehouse and to ensure its scale as the set of data swells, the Company must observe that its hardware is ensured and configured.
